An application to build 30 townhouses on Gull Lake has been filed with the Town of Gravenhurst\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s Planning Department. The applicant is Moody Bay Developments Ltd. The property for this proposed development is a 3.3-acre parcel immediately north of the Church St. Parkette.<\/p>\n
Currently, the Town\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s Planning Department is reviewing the application to determine if it is \u00e2\u20ac\u0153complete.\u00e2\u20ac\u009d\u00c2\u00a0 Once the Planning department has determined that the application is complete, it will go the Gravenhurst Council to be approved or rejected.<\/p>\n
The GSLRA has a copy of the application. The Board of Directors has some serious concerns regarding this development and is doing due diligence regarding the application. As we learn more, we will provide more information to members.<\/p>\n
Moody Bay Developments is holding a public information meeting on Wednesday, August 1st<\/sup> at \u00c2\u00a0Centennial Centre in the Terry Fox Auditorium from 7 \u00e2\u20ac\u201c 8:30 pm. <\/strong>We encourage you to attend the meeting to hear details about the proposed development.
